Rule 13
Verification of documents lost or destroyed in a disaster and provision of copies
: (1) If a copy of an important document lost or partially or completely damaged in a disaster is found and the copy is certified by the local level on the recommendation of the local disaster management committee, concerned The agency shall keep records of the same and make a new copy of the document according to the prevailing law.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), in case there is no certified copy of any document, on the basis of any other document issued by the government agency, on the recommendation of the local disaster management committee, the relevant body may certify such document or issue a certified copy.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if there is a copy of the lost or destroyed documents in any government agency, association or professional establishment, the concerned person or organization may request such a copy and it shall be the duty of the concerned body to provide the copy.
